Components
At-home work includes a number of required and optional readings; a personal spiritual practice; periodic reflections on your life and leadership with a peer group; a special visit to an innovative, risk-taking church of your choosing; creation of a listening group of laity from your congregation; two days of solitary retreat time; and a final integrative paper at the end of the program.
Residencies include short lectures, dialogue and individual and small group reflection as well as worship and opportunities for rest, renewal and guided silent retreat time. They also provide an opportunity for spiritual community with other contemplatively-minded clergy.
A Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of all program requirements.
